You can run player ESP without the aimbot, or loot filters without chams. Each module has its own switches. Player ESP answers who is in front of you; loot ESP answers what is worth picking up.

Most people start with box, distance, and health on player ESP, a minimum price filter on loot, and the aimbot off. Save a raid setup and a PvP setup as separate configs. The forum has a thread on keeping one everyday profile and one to experiment with.
